Key Responsibilities:
- Establish & implement Stores SOPs across all project sites
- Monitor site-wise inventory — receipts, issues, transfers, returns, consumption
- Ensure stock reconciliation between site records and ERP/books
- Review MRNs, MINs, stock registers & transfer documents
- Maintain centralized inventory MIS & dashboards (stock position, ageing, slow-moving/excess stock)
- Control inventory leakages, pilferage & discrepancies
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification across sites
- Drive ERP/Tally & Excel-based MIS reporting
- Set KPIs and lead the Stores team across multiple locations
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Commerce/Supply Chain/Materials Management
- 8–15 years’ experience, preferably in construction/infrastructure/EPC
- Prior experience managing multi-site stores from a centralized HO role preferred
- Strong in ERP/Tally, Excel (Pivot, Lookup, MIS)
- Willingness to travel to project sites
