About the role
Work directly with the Managing Director to turn strategic priorities into action. You’ll drive key initiatives across functions, track business performance, and give the MD clear, data-backed insights for decision-making. This is a high-visibility role with real ownership.
What you will own
- Strategy and execution: turn the MD’s priorities into plans with clear owners, timelines and outcomes, and drive critical cross-functional projects
- Follow-through: track decisions and action items from management reviews until they are closed
- Business performance: monitor KPIs with functional heads and build dashboards, MIS and business-review packs
- Insights: analyse trends, gaps, risks and opportunities, and present concise recommendations
- Leadership alignment: keep senior leaders aligned on priorities and act as the communication bridge between the MD and teams
- Special projects: own confidential, time-sensitive assignments, market and competitor research, and transformation initiatives
What we’re looking for
- 8-10 years in strategy, business operations, consulting or senior management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with Excel and PowerPoint expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ownership, discretion, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced setting
- Preferred industry background: construction, real estate or manufacturing
- Preferred: experience working with a CXO, MD or CEO; MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute
