He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of Nottingham, UK, and has over 11 years of experience in the infrastructure and construction sectors, both as an industry professional and entrepreneur. As the Director of the company, he has successfully overseen the completion of numerous projects, including roads, bridges, flyovers and railway developments. He is actively involved in Managing overall activities of the company operations.
Mr. Ankush Agarwal (Director)
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from NMIMS, Mumbai, and has over 9 years of experience in the infrastructure and construction sectors, both as an industry professional and entrepreneur. As the Director of the company, he has been instrumental in successfully guiding its investments across various sectors. He is actively involved in shaping business policies, making investment decisions and managing the company’s portfolio.

We have successfully executed over 100 plus projects involving construction of approximately 500 km of roads and highways, 500 km of rail tracks, 20 Minor and Major bridges and other general civil engineering works over the span of nine years.
Development of Shivam
The Company has been formed in the year2013 operating initially in the state of Odisha with the initial turnover of Rs.54 Crores, the Employer of the Company being Railways & RVNL. Gradually the Company grown horizontally and vertically thereby operated in the different states of the country and through years its Turnover grown to about Rs. 900 Crores in a year. The Company has been operating with more numbers of Clients like Railways, RVNL, NHs, NHAI & projects under the different state Governments.

Our HSE Policy is project oriented. We strive to achieve and meet HSE requirements of our clients in both Public as well as Private sectors during project implementation.
In recognition of our safe construction practices, and 3.63 Million Man Hours of Lost Time Accident Free (LTA free) Site Management during past 15 years, we enjoy a preferential treatment from our clients through repeat orders.
We are conscious of our responsibility towards mother earth and environment. We work in an e-environment while encouraging our employees and other associates to minimize use of paper and optimize carbon emission through sensible use of fuel and power in our operations.
