Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Plan & execute highway works — earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC & service roads
2. Ensure compliance with MoRTH, IRC standards
3. Track progress via DPR/MPR, S-curves & critical path monitoring
4. Act as SPOC between Client, subcontractors & internal teams
5. Drive quality control, billing, cost & budget management
6. Ensure site safety (EHS) & statutory documentation
7. Lead & mentor engineers, supervisors & site teams
8. Identify risks and manage mitigation & dispute resolution
Qualification & Experience:
1. B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
2. PMP certification preferred
3. 15–17 years in infrastructure projects
4. Min. 3–5 years as Project Manager on Highway/EPC projects
