Liaison Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact between the company and local government authorities, regulatory bodies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the necessary documentation and paperwork related to mining and quarry operations, including crusher operations, permits, compliance forms, and licenses.
  • Ensure that all necessary regulatory requirements are met for smooth operational functioning.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding project progress, compliance status, and relevant issues.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain detailed records of all communications, documents, and regulatory correspondence.
  • Manage relationships with external parties, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives and values.
  • Support the operational teams with the preparation of reports, submissions, and official requests to regulatory authorities.

Qualification & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of liaison experience in the Mines and Quarry industry, specifically with crusher operations and related paperwork.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and permit requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with regulatory agencies and knowledge of local mining laws and regulations.
