Field Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Operations Coordinator with a B.Com background and proven experience in managing project sites and materials. The role requires coordination of daily workflow and operations, the role also requires discreet oversight of inventory, materials, and on-ground activities to ensure compliance, efficiency, and integrity at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely task execution.
  • Monitor inventory levels across both project sites and ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Keep a close eye on material use and report anything unusual.
  • Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of material inflow/outflow and ensure proper documentation.
  • Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling.
  • Conduct regular audits of material stock at both sites to reduce waste and theft.
  • Collaborate with site engineers, project managers, and vendors for seamless field operations.
Must-Have Qualifications and Skills:
  • B.Com degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project site operations, especially in material handling.
  • Strong material management experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive operational data.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
